HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Send me an email, rafi@raphaelcycles.com. I will respond to all of your questions and ideas about your new machine. If at this point we decide to move forward, I will need a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your place in the queue. I’ll send you two worksheets to fill out, one of your current bicycle set-up, and one of your body measurements. Between these two documents, and our conversations about the desired functionality of your new bicycle, I will design your custom frame. I have specific questions about components that will need to be answered at this point to know exactly how to design your bicycle. After agreeing on geometry, braze-ons, and material specifications, I will be ready to build your frame when your place in the queue arrives. Throughout this period of time, I am more than happy to answer questions and play with ideas about what the bicycle will look like, how it will ride, material, and design. Depending on the finish desired, after construction begins, your bicycle will be ready to assemble in 3-6 weeks. The balance is due before the frame leaves my shop for finish work.
I am a one man fabrication shop. I also do full assembly and build of your bicycle in house, and I enjoy the experience of watching and making a fully assembled machine. I hold myself to exacting standards, and I pride myself on my interactions with my clients and client service.
